Following the successful pre-launch testing of Luas Broombridge (Line BXD), RPA will begin passenger services on the new Luas line using a selected operator.
Prior to launch of Operations RPA will communicate information on fares, operating hours, frequencies, Park & Ride locations along with important safety ‘dos and don’ts’ through advertising media, publicity, newsletters, website communications and public open-days. RPA’s aim will be to ensure that passengers have all the information they need to benefit from the new Luas line.
Throughout the duration of the contract between RPA and the operator, RPA will continually monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and commitments made.
This is the final phase in the successful development of Luas Broombridge (Line BXD).
