Luas Liberties (Line F2)

Phase 4: Build & Operation Permission

At this phase, permission to build and operation, RPA will submit a Railway Order Application to An Bord Pleanála to develop Luas Liberties (Line F2). An Bord Pleanála may decide to hold a Public Inquiry. A decision on the granting of the Railway Order to RPA will be made by An Bord Pleanala.  

All of the work carried out on Luas Liberties (Line F2) will be in accordance with the final approved plans for the line which have been the subject of several years of planning and consultation.

At this stage RPA will have taken all information from the existing phases with a view to building and making operational a light rail line. At this phase RPA will invite potential contractors to procure their services for the building of Luas Line F. RPA will award contracts for supplies, services and works required for the development and delivery of this project. RPA will put in place the necessary contracts with suppliers and service providers for the successful development of Luas Line F.
