Phase 2: Route Selection

On 5th July 2007 Minister for Transport and Marine, Noel Dempsey TD and RPA Chief Executive Frank Allen announced the Emerging Preferred Route Corridor for Metro West.

RPA selected the Emerging Preferred Route Corridor for Metro West based on Metro West Route Options presented to the public in November 2006. The route shown on this map is an indicative route within the Emerging Preferred Route Corridor for Metro West.
