Public Consultation initiatives are when associations, communities, businesses, organisations and the general public are invited to formally submit their views and opinions on a RPA project in their area.
This is done by displaying the relevant information pertaining to the particular phase of a project in public locations (Civic Offices, Libraries, Church/Community Hall etc). A Newsletter may be distributed in the relevant catchment area. Open Days may also be arranged and will be advertised.
